PSFS WANT TO KNOW ABOUT THE JESSE FRANKLIN'S TRACK DON'T TURN YOUR BACK ON LOVE

Obviously it is a rare story that passionate world's music branch!

Jesse was invited by Jerry Lewis and here is the official known explaination:

Well Jesse Franklin does exist and is a very talented artist and bright boy. Jesse was a young man, very clever with a high ambition to become a recording artist when he met a guy name Toni Green in L-A who brought him in studio for recording purpose, pretending being a producer. However his an homosexual!

After recording Don't turn your back on Love with jesse, there were desagrement beetwen the two parties because jesse understood that this guy wanted other things from him then making him star. Jesse likes women and not men!

This Toni decided to end up collaboration and proposed selling the master to Jesse.

Jesse paid 5000 USD in order to get his contrat and the master tape and flew to Europe for licence purpose!

After arriving in europe, Jesse has licence the product to carrere France and the record was printed and put on the market but at the big surprise, jesse realized aftter listening the mastered track that the contain mastered was not the product recorded in the US and was not his voice.

Another surprise occured: Atoll Music France has release the Freddie Jame version : Two record with the same track were set on the market something which is extremely rare!

Jesse had paid 5000 USD, it is don't fair that he is the producer if the track recorded in LA was the one on the Tape he bought, but it wasn't: Tony Green is the procducer of the track jesse has licenced and Freddie James is the artist of this track and jesse was a victim of one of the Hollywood wrong producer !

The story turn to be a mystery because both Carrere and TGO Records in montreal realized that Jesse was a victim of theft and had managed to protect him.

Every media knew the story but have refused to diffuse the contain to protect Jesse depressed and down by the story.

Jesse passed several year in depressed and had only come through it after been helped by Veronica, his Swedish Girl Friend!

It happened that jesse was a victime of a guy who took 5000 USD from him after jesse refuse his sexual advance and providing him with a master that belong to Tony Green big guitar player, canadian producer who produced the original Track for Freddie james.

The wrong Toni green  has been condamned by L-A court the 12h August 1985 to 7 month in L-A County jail and 50.000USD to paid to jesse FRANKLIN. Jesse was under age at the time!

So far, he paid 10.000 USD + giving up his  Triumph 7 to Jesse to end the problem!

Tony Green, the original producer has received the entier royaltie of this projet from carrère France and was very kind with jesse Franklin.
